The “well-being dashboard” for each answer charts the range of the average well-being score from:
· strong well-being (blue), to
· mid-range well-being (yellow), to
· danger zone (red)
Each answer has a link to a resource page to help you improve in that area. Start with the issue for which you scored the highest “red level” answer. Even small levels of improvement in these most important areas can make a big difference in your overall well-being.
